How to download and claim your orders
Once your order has been completed, you will receive a mail in your account portal and email address, which contains the link to download your order and some other relevant information. To download your order, all you need is to access the order link and click the download button.
You can access the order link by:
- Clicking and opening the order notification forwarded to you via the notifications button at the top of your account page.
- Accessing the Orders section on the left side of your account panel and clicking the order number to obtain the order delivery message.
- Clicking on the order link directly from the order delivery email sent to your email address.
Upon successfully locating and clicking on the order link, you will be redirected to a new tab (or your browser if you click the link from your email address), which should contain your order files.
On the order files page, locate and click on the download button on the top-right of the page to download the order.
You should see a pop-up message on your screen notifying you of your files being downloaded to your device. Wait for the files to completely download and open them for use.
