How to request a revision
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order or it gets rejected by the social media platform you submit it to, you can request a revision within 72 hours of the order delivery.
Please, note that if you request a revision after 72 hours after we delivered the order, you will be charged a sum of $15 for the revision.
For this article, let’s assume you are requesting a revision after 72 hours of the order delivery.
To request a revision, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Access the Orders section on the right panel of your account portal to locate the order you need a revision on from your list of available orders.
Step 2: Upon identifying the order from the list, click on the three vertical dots on the extreme right of the order.
Step 3: Click on the Request a Revision pop-up option after clicking the three dots on the right side.
Step 4: Review the information on the revision request page and click on Complete Purchase at the bottom to proceed to fill in the revision questionnaire.
Step 5: Access the revision form or questionnaire on the payment confirmation page and click on it.
Step 6: Fill in the requirements, including the product name and list of revisions, and add relevant files on the revision form or questionnaire. Then click on the Review button at the bottom.
Review your submissions on the next page and click the Submit Questionnaire button at the bottom.
Your revision request will be sent immediately. Then you should receive a confirmation email from BandsOffAds regarding your revision request.
