How to download specific files in your order
All orders are delivered with various components of files, including images, GIFs, and videos. You can collectively download all these files by clicking a single button.
But what if you want to download a particular file – say only the video – in your order? In addition to the general download button at the top right corner on the order files page, each file in your order also comes with its download button.
To download a particular file in your order, you must first open the order link from the order delivery email sent to you via your portal or email address. Please, review the article How to download and claim your orders to learn more about getting the order link.
After opening the order link and arriving on the order files page, you can download specific files in your order in two ways:
First way
- Locate the particular file you want to download from the files list and click on it.
- After clicking on the file, it should take you to the file details page where you can see detailed information about the particular file. Simply locate the Download button at the top-right side of the page and click on it.
Second way
Locate the particular file you want to download from the files list and hover your cursor around it. You should see three dots and a selection box. Click on the three dots. Then click on the Download button that pops up.
